Epiphany: The Journal
Looking for a special, distinctive journaling experience? Want something new in your life? Would you like to uncover more about yourself and how you relate to others and your stories? Epiphany: The Journal is all about that and more…
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST EPIPHANY IN LIFE? After interviewing and asking 100s of people from all walks of life this question for her book and EpiphanyChannel Project, Elise Ballard noticed a pattern: Every wildly successful person she talked to knew exactly what their epiphanies were and not only had they used them as building blocks for their productive lives, but they continually referred to them for inspiration and guidance. Epiphany: The Journal is the long-awaited companion to her book, Epiphany: True Stories of Sudden Insight to Inspire, Encourage and Transform. After years of Ballard’s research, interviews, talks, workshops, and her profound love for journaling (and people asking for a tool to help them with their epiphanies!) this journal was developed as a tool to help people remember, to understand, go deeper, and discover their epiphanies. It can be used as a direct companion to the book, Epiphany, or as a stand-alone, unique journaling experience.
Using quotes, writing prompts and exercises with focus on the stages of life-changing epiphanies (LISTENING, BELIEF, ACTION, SERENDIPITY, AND GRATITUDE), Epiphany: The Journal is designed to be a daily 3-page writing practice for 10 weeks. If used as a companion journal/workbook to Epiphany, the reader works with one epiphany from the book a day with a Weekly Review on the 7th day. There are enough writing prompts that you could go back and have an Epiphany Journal experience more than once, using different prompts the next time around.
Do you know what your greatest epiphany is? Do you need or want an epiphany about something or want to mine the epiphanies you’ve had and go deeper with them in service to your life? Maybe you’d like to learn about others’ epiphanies to help spark more of them for yourself. Or maybe you’d just like to develop a regular journaling process, which research proves supports well-being in numerous ways. Epiphany: The Journal is here to serve you.
If you’re looking for a special journaling experience for yourself or someone else with the intention to inspire, encourage and transform, and maybe even spark revelations you didn’t even realize you needed, look no further.
